Appearance: A striking young man, Kiyoshi stands a 6'1 ft tall and has a somewhat muscular build. His skin is strikingly pale and his eyes are a muted purple. Kiyoshi has two toned hair, the front is a white color and the back is black, both have hints of blue in them which can be especially seen in the light.

Personality: Kiyoshi is a loud and very active guy, he enjoys playing sports like baseball and volleyball in his free time with his peers and is unsurprisingly pretty good at it. He also owns a electric guitar that he plays often as he used to be in a band before going into high school. The 16 year old is quite fluent in English and this is because he at a very young age was exposed to english media which is where he began learning, he very much enjoyed cartoons like Spongebob. Despite his very in your face personality and cool non caring attitude he is quite gentle and kind to those he bonds with, though very few know why he prefers to stay hanging out with friends until late or is always talking to someone.

Backstory: As a child Kiyoshi never knew who his father was, his mother wouldn't tell him and neither would his grandfather- they insisted it was for his own good. At the age of 7 his mother suddenly left, moving somewhere abroad and leaving Kiyoshi with his grandfather to raise him.

Due to now having to care for his grandson Kane would go back to work, this left Kiyoshi alone after school on most days till 7pm besides on Saturdays and Sundays with the occasional holiday and break from work. This led to Kiyoshi having to learn how to cook meals for himself and learn to do other things like laundry and other house hold chores. Being alone for so long and having to deal with the grief of his mother abandoning him led to Kiyoshi becoming a very lonely individual- he had many friends but that still didn't replace the longing feeling inside him. He hates being alone due to this and he would often try and hang out at friends houses to not be alone for so long like he would be if he stayed home.

Present: Getting into U.A was like a dream come true for Kiyoshi, though the day before his first day his grandfather fell and broke his hip leading for him to be sent to the hospital. Kiyoshi privately informed his teachers about this and he was allowed to miss the first two days of school, though when he meets class 1-A he sees many familiar faces and many unfamiliar but interesting faces. What kind of trouble will he get himself into now?

Quirk name: Ice manipulation

Quirk type: Emitter

Description: Kiyoshi is able to create and control ice from seemingly no where, he is also able to freeze water and use it as well. He can make ice walls, weapons, freeze objects and or enemies. Sometimes if he is feeling like it he can generate snow, but he doesn't do this often as to him it's boring.

Strengths: His body is resistant to the ice he makes and his body temperature stays very low which is a great attribute to have in summer. This quirk is very versatile due to its simple nature, it is great for defense and for offense, it also allows him to move quickly as he can create ice paths. It also is resourceful, he can make bridges or platforms to be used by himself and others. A prime example is making a slide down a building for people to evacuate.

Weaknesses: Kiyoshi needs to be very well hydrated to great good quality ice, if he isn't hydrated enough his ice melts fast and is incredibly brittle. In the winter it is hard for him to stay warm and he has to bundle up which can be annoying. His ice can also create a slippery environment that can hinder allies from coming in to help which in some circumstances can be very damaging. Kiyoshi is also weak to fire quirks or any quirk that involes heat, his ice is like any other ice and will melt if enough heat is applied despite if he makes the whole place an arctic like setting. If used too extensively it can lead to exhaustion and dehydration.

Hero name: Icicle

Why?: He thought it sounded cool.

Hero costume: His hero costume looks very similar to a ski outfit, though it is a light blue with silvery blue accents that look like frost patterns all around, but especially on his lower arms and near his feet. He has light blue, almost white boots that resemble snow boots that too have the silvery blue frost pattern and on his hands he wears white gloves. For his face he wears black ski goggles that help mask his identity but also help him see past any glare his ice creates and protects his identity some what.
