Physiology

Altaroth are ant like small monsters that can be found scavenging for honey and mushrooms around the areas. They have large mandibles as well as abdomens that can swell up with either honey or mushrooms, which they will then carry back to their nest. Their bodies will break apart like many other neopterons when attacked, so to carve them they must be killed with poison.

Ecology

Altaroth travel in small groups around the map foraging for food. They are usually non aggressive towards hunters, but will attack if provoked in some way.
