A good newsletter is one that’s informative

while not being monotonous. There should

be a variety of topics so there’s something

to interest everyone. It should also look

good visually.

How to Survive a Power Outage.

It would be very useful for people to know

what to do in the case of a power outage

Such as stocking up on the appropriate

foods, finding flashlights, etc.

I think it’s a commonly overlooked art form

plus it could be good for people looking to

redecorate their spaces. Or just those who

like looking at aesthetically pleasing things.

8. Why do you want to part of the team? What do you have to offer to the team?

I want to be a part of the team because I’ve always enjoyed all sorts of writing. I also have an eye for the aesthetic/design aspects of things. Like I said before,

my interests are constantly changing so I’m very open

to learning about/researching various topics. I can

offer creativity as well as an openness to working

within a team environment. Also a LOT of free time.

1. You find out a member of your team is plagiarising, what do you do?

I would message that member telling them to

either paraphrase or cite their sources as

needed. If they didn’t listen or it became a

recurring issue, I would report it to a leader

with proof.

2. Another member has been bullying you or another member on the team. How do you react?

I would first inform them of why their behavior is

not appreciated and ask that they stop. If they

refused to comply, I would once again report it

to a leader with proof.

3. How would you handle a post that could potentially be triggering?

I would be sure to include the appropriate

trigger warning at the beginning of the post.

4. What do you do if one of your ideas starts to receive hate from of the community or your team ?

If an idea of mine inspired some sort of

outrage, I’d look to see what the source

of said outrage was. If there was valid

complaint against it, I would see if I could

come up with a way to fix it. If the

complaints were not valid, I’d probably

just ignore the hate.

5. One of the leaders makes a decision you disagree with. How do you act?

I would state my disagreement in a respectful

manner but overall, I’d accept the leader’s decision.
