Scenarios

what would you do if you encounter a troll/inappropriate profile while welcoming?

• i would warn them first by messaging them and reiterating the rules, and then flag them for review and message a leader if they didn't make any changes afterwards.

how would you handle a situation where you disagree with what a leader has to say?

• accept their opinion and not start a fight about it, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. i'd act mature about it and leave it alone.

what would you do if you get offended/ in a fight with another welcomer?

• i would not get in a fight with another welcomer because i have better standards than to pointlessly fight with someone, but if it was to happen or i was to get offended, once again i would accept their opinion and apologise then hope they'd do the same. if they carried on after i leave the situation i would report it to a leader.

are you fit to make this commitment to the team? as daily activity is required!

• yes i am fully ready and able to make this commitment, i am on here daily. but if something came up that was important and meant i'd be inactive for a few days (which probably won't happen), then i would let a leader know that this was the case.

why do you want to be part of the team?

• i love to help people and make them smile, and if a simple message on someone's wall can make them feel welcomed and happy then i'd love to be someone who can do that! also, i haven't been a member of this specific community for that long but i love it, it's a place where i can be myself, and it'd be an honour to help out the community in any way.
