Scenarios

1.) “How would you do if you encounter a troll/inappropriate profile when welcoming?”

I would Flag, Report, ScreenShot, and alert a staff member of the situation and have a clear explanation if needed.

2.) “How would you handle a situation where you disagree with what I, as a leader has to say?”

I would calmly discuss the disagreement in my perspective and have it talked out so that there wouldn’t be any type of miscommunication.

3.) “What would you do if you get offended/ in a fight with another welcomer?”

I would leave the fight/topic to cool off and then when my head is clear, I would discuss the issue with the other welcomer to get it all sorted out.

4.) “Are you fit to make this commitment to the team? As daily activity is required.”

Yes, I am ready to take the initiative. I am online everyday, usually in the afternoon-evening due to work, and I’m willing to provide smiles and the of welcoming newcomers.

5.) “Why do you want to be part of the team?”

To be honest, I’ve met fantastic welcomers of this community and I’d like to give back. I love making people’s days and have people feel belonged in a great community.
