Hello, again. My name is George but you can call me Soti (pronounced as Sot-e, in one word). I am 17 years old and for your information my birthday is October 17th (2001). That means that I will be turning 18 in a few days. Yay! In this community I identify as gay biromantic (he/him) but outside of here I'm just gay.

I love music and singing. I write songs and record them to my phone hoping that I will have my dream job someday. I love animals. That's all for now.

Scenarios

1) What would you do if you encounter a troll / inappropriate profile while welcoming?

First of all, I would give the person a warning informing them about their inapropriate profile presence/image. If the troll/person do not act and change the way they are in the community, I would flag the profile for review and from there I would let the οne responsible for that kind of stuff to take care of it.

2) How would you handle a situation where you disagree with what I, a leader has to say?

We all have different opinions. If I ever got in that situation I would just express my opinion and my opposition but I would never want or choose to start an arguement. Not everyone has the same brain, the same opinion. I would, also, try to have a calm conversation with the leader and sort things out and solve our proboem.

3)What would you do if you get offended/ in a fight with another welcomer?

In general, I am a friendly person and I would avoid getting into a fight. So, I would calmly express my feelings about what the other person said/did and offended me. If they continue to offend me I will warn them and if this keeps on happening I would probably report the person. My goal is to have a friendly relationdhip with everyone. If I ever got in a fight I would do the same things. Try to cool down the fight, if this continues I give a warning, if they don't stop I give a second warning and they still want to fight I will report them to a leader.

4) Are you fit to make this commitment to the team? As daily activity is required!

I think that you will decide if I am good for the job. I am online several times every day. If, one or two days, I am not online it will probably be because of bad internet connection or no connection at all. I love the community and I am happy being a part of it. But, yeah, I am fit to make this commitment. I am ready.

5) Why do you want to be part of the team?

I would like to be a part of the welcoming team because helping people gives me such a pleasure. So, I would like to be part of this team because I want to help and I want to have a roll here, I don't want to just go around and around just "liking", "voting", "commenting" etc.
