To whoever may find this,

I need you to know that you are loved. You are important. You are unique, and you are absolutely wonderful.

I hope this note finds you peace and comfort no matter what you may be going through. You have made it this far in life. No matter what struggle or hurdle life has thrown at you, you have survived it. You have conquered every challenge you have had.

You are a lot stronger than you think you are; and you can do anything you set your mind to. I hope you’re able to show your true colors in a safe place. I hope for nothing but the best for you.

Inside of this bottle I have included a small pride flag, some candy, comfort items, and even a photo of myself.

Stay strong! to smile, and hopefully pay it forward for someone to make their day.
