Beneath the surface, where the world goes quiet and every breath is a choice, I’ve learned something powerful, authenticity is freedom.
As a freediver, I descend into the depths with nothing but my breath and as a proud member (or ally) of the LGBTQ+ community, I rise each day with nothing but pride. In both, there is peace. There is power. There is truth.
This Pride Month, I celebrate love in all forms- free, flowing, and fearless. Whether you’re skimming the surface or diving deep into who you are, know this: you belong, you are seen, and you are enough.
