Love

A warmth on the flesh of my lips.

A breath.

Keeping a distance.

He leans away

Hand wrapped in mine quietly

Gesturing towards the hill

Full of daisies.

The wind takes my hair with it.

I see him through the strands

Guiding

Drifting

Breathing in between strides

On blades of grass

Littered in dew

Where the sky meets grassy dunes,

My hand meets his

And intertwines.

His warmth is the sun.

A warmth on the skin of my lips.

A breath.

And closing the distance.

Cloudy

The skies are cloudy with a chance of love

With you, I'd depict the stars above;

My hearts a flame, and there's a chance of rain-

Unless I'm wrapped by your arms again.

The skies are cloudy; but the sun shines out,

While in my heart, there can be no doubt

The weather there has been just the same,

Since I first heard you say my name.

The skies are cloudy, but beneath

Love has taken my heart; that thief,

So now all weathers that we see as two

Will show us skies that are always blue.

New Beginnings

Dark and night

Shine so bright

People look up high

To ire those diamonds in the sky.

Calm and clear

There is no fear

Everyone loves it here

When the sky is clear.

Choose the brightest

Trusting is the one true test

Speaking softly to the Highest

For believers are the closest.

Wish to the star

While you stay from afar

To what you so desire

And people you ire.

Don't have doubts

For things will turn out

All through the dark

The Sun will surely come out!
