In Light of Recent Events

I want to start this off by saying that you all matter, you all deserve life and love and happiness.

If you are going through tough times please know that it is okay to seek help and that it takes time for things to improve, you have people who will you through them. Please do not think you are alone because there is always someone who cares, who is willing to help.

It does get better, it may seem like it won't, it may seem as though nothing can be done but I assure you that if you keep living it will get better. Tough times are temporary, it is it worth living for when the good times arrive.

Do not give up on life, ever, if you need someone to vent to you can always come to me for it, I can find helpful resources if you want them.

Each and every one of you are worthy of life, please do not forget that.
