So, as I've mentioned in the past, I am questioning my gender identity. What I haven't really talked about is how I have started playing with my expression. Usually, it comes in the form of cosplaying as a male character oppose to a female character, like in the examples below (honestly, I've only done cosplays as male characters).

And for a while, this was fine. I was happy with having a feminine expression most of the time and exploring my masculine side every now and then. But lately, I've wanted to go further. I wanted to cut my hair, consider changing my name, look more androgynous at minimum. But if I throw that down all at once, I might have to come out to my family. And it wouldn't be worth it. I don't have a lot of answers yet, and my family does not approve. So I'm taking baby steps.
I started feeling so uncomfortable with my breasts, that I started using sports bras to bind. It makes my breasts look smaller, which will have to do until I can get a real binder. But I felt like it wouldn't do much until I cut my hair. While my mom was somewhat against me cutting my hair at first, she eventually came around. So last night, it finally happened, and I'm really happy with the results!

So yeah, that's my update. And I hope that as I continue to figure stuff out, I find an expression that shows who I am. Here's to many more years of journeying through life! That's all, folks!
P.S. I added more pictures to show what the hair looks like all around. Enjoy! (Or don't. It's fine.)
