I bite

i bite—

coequal as i weep and whimper

in each falling drop of sorrow.

i’ll bite.

as thy crimson gouts

down mine own fur,

thy hands flare,

begging f’r mercy—

i bite thy throat

and weep

as i hold thee still,

thy cries

flowing through

mine own lower’d ears.

“i toldeth thee i bite,”

i murmur

'gainst thy bleeding did wind

down my fur,

your hands flare,

I bite your throat

your cries

“I told you I bite,”

I murmur
