Enby [n.]
The term enby comes from the abbreviation of Non-Binary (NB). Non-binary or genderqueer is a spectrum of gender identities that are outside the gender binary of male and female. Non-binary identities fall under the transgender umbrella as many people identify with a gender that is different from their assigned sex.
Ally [n.]
Being an ally means being willing to act with and for others in pursuit of ending oppression and creating equality. Straight allies are heterosexual and/or cisgender people who equal civil rights, gender equality, LGBTQA+ social movements, and challenges any discrimination against the community.

Showing
Everyone uses pronouns regardless of gender so by putting your pronouns in your bio it reduces the harassment transgender people face as seeing it becomes more common.
Educating others on different gender identities and normalising they/them pronouns reduces the fear that non-binary people face when going out in public.
Stop unnecessary labelling and gendering to create a more inclusive environment for everyone. Automatically assuming someone's gender based on their appearance promotes stereotypes, so instead change this response to "I don't know what their pronouns are yet, I won't assume their gender."
Understanding and educating others that not all people who menstruate are women, and not all women menstruate. This is important as it validates non-binary and transgender people regardless of what they personally experience.
Don't be a bystander to non-binary people facing bullying or harassment online and in person. Speak up to the people doing wrong, tell an adult or other authority member, and offer to the person affected.
Listen to and share the stories of transgender, non-binary and gender non-comforming people to increase awareness.
Instead of addressing groups of people with binary language such as ‘ladies and gentlemen’, try more inclusive alternatives such as ‘folks’, ‘pals’ or ‘everyone’
Use words that define the relationship instead of the relationship and gender. For example, use ‘parents’, ‘partner’, ‘children’ or ‘siblings’
《Have a great day x》
