Genderflux/Girlflux advice?

So for a few months I've been questioning my gender and I need some advice.

I read more into the of Genderflux where i felt that fit me pretty well, but then I heard it's umbrella term Girlflux and i feel like i might relate to that more.

But im still not entirely sure if I actually might be that or im just someone who has fluctuating gender expression?
