I have been on amino

for 1102 days which is

just a little over 3 years

I am a music student at

university. Outside of

school life I work at a

small coffee shop part time.

I am prone to overthinking,

can be very clumsy and I

Have ADHD and anxiety.

but I always try my best

with everything i do!

curators to become

more active within the

community again.

due to previous matters

I had to leave staff and

made several attempts

to come back without

having fixed my issues

which meant I had to

keep leaving.. which

wasn’t fair to staff

but I have since sorted

these issues and have

made a gradual return

to staff over time!

I have had several

amazing opportunities

on staff in this amino;

I first ed staff as a

Curator in July 2020.

in August 2021 I became

Editor Curator for the

community, partaking in

an incredibly fun and

engaging journey on staff.

I also had the opportunity

to be a part of the leaders

internship where they taught

me about leadership

on the amino.

there has been a small swarm

of trolls that have just entered

the amino. one is spamming

the feed, the other spamming

chats with inap content.

What is your course of action?

personally I would handle the

chats first, removing the troll

from chats, and obtaining

evidence to have them banned.

once that has been handled i

would proceed to handle the

situation with the posts.

I would then continue to

monitor both situations

until a leader was online

to resolve the issue.

they are not happy, and are

starting to harass you and call

you names. How do you handle

the situation?

I would remind them of the

guidelines and report their

behaviour to a leader if their

behaviour continues.

I understand entirely that

individuals will have their

disagreements. however

I would ensure to avoid

fighting with other staff

and work to

resolve any arising issues

as a team. I would take

full ability if a

situation I was a part of

ever did occur.

what would you do if

you had a fight

with a leader?

what I said regarding the

previous question applies

here too. I can not put into

words how much work the

leaders put into the amino,

and it is only in my best

interest to work alongside

them to continue to do

amazing things for the

community.

if ever I found myself in a

situation where I disagreed

with a leader, I would actively

voice my concerns in a way

that is respectful and avoids

creating any issues.

a member has been posting

about sensitive topics, such

as suicide, or depression?

I would analyse the context

and purpose of their post:

if it was educational, I would

request they added a TW

in their post to warn s

before they read.

in other situations I would

disable the content and/or

report to a leader who could

handle such content.

How would you approach

this situation?

I would show the report

to a leader including any

evidence and leave the

report with them to handle

about staff/a certain staff

member what do you do?

people have the right to

have their own opinions

as long as they share them

in a way that is respectful

and is not forcing their

opinion onto others.

with that said. if people

were personally insulting

staff or shared their

opinion in a way that wasn’t

respectful, their comments

would be removed and they

would be modded/reported

accordingly.

information to a member.

what do you do?

I would gather evidence

and report it to a leader

immediately. This spoils

the efforts of staff and

ruins the content we create

for the community and will

not be tolerated.
