Hi everyone! I'm Resa and I'm 17 years old. I am in the Pacific Standard Time. I have been in this amino for 1 year and 198 days ^_^. I primarily speak English.

Scenarios;;
1) You are the only one online. There has been a small swarm of trolls that have just entered the community. One is spamming the feed and the other spamming chats with innapropriate content. What is your course of action?
my first response is to hide their profiles and to screenshot what they've been doing and inform a leader so that further action may take place.
2) You have disabled a post for being considered spam. They are not happy, and are starting to harass you and call you names. How do you handle the situation?
If they stared to harass me I would screenshot what they were saying to me and say nothing in response to the harassment though I would apologize for the inconvenience of hiding their post. I would then go to a Leader and calmly explain what had been happening.
3) You are moderating a chat/post, and you see an altercation between 2 or more . What's your course of action?
I'd give them a warning to stop if it's something minor but if it gets to the point of getting blown out of proportion I would get a leader involved so that the situation may be handled.
4) A member is asking for your help with a situation in their PMs about someone asking sexual/innapropriate things and or sending them. They have evidence to their claim. What do you do?
I would apologize to them and offer them listening ear after I get the evidence and hide the and report the situation to a leader so they're informed of the situation.
5) What would you do if you had a fight with another curator?
it is uncommon for me to argue/get in a fight with a teammate but if I were I would back away for a while to calm down and then come back and talk it out with the curator I had been in a fight and I would apologize.
6) What would you do if you had a fight with a leader?
once more I don't like arguing with my teammates/friends but if I were to argue with a leader I'd do the same thing. I'd back away to calm down and then I'd come back and talking it out with the Leader and apologize for my actions.
7) What would you do if a member has been posting about sensitive topics, such as suicide, or depression?
This question for me has two answers. The first thing that comes to mind is that if it's just being informational, not posting about it often, and they have the proper warnings needed then I see no problems with it. But if they are posting about it and they don't have a warning or in obvious need of help then I'd 1) disable the post and explain why 2) I would provide them a listening ear and I would give them links for help and give them advice.
8) You get a report a member of staff is abusing their power. How would you approach this situation?
I would ask them to show me some evidence and once they provide me the evidence I would give the evidence to a leader and inform them of what the member of staff has been doing. I would then apologize to the member who had reported it and inform them that the situation is being delt with.
9) You see a chat/post with people saying negative things about staff/a certain staff member what do you do?
I would politely ask for them to stop and if they don't then I will talk to the leaders about what was happening. If it was a member of staff I would report it to a leader and I would talk with the member that was being talked about and see if they are ok and comfort them.
10) You see a curator leaking information to a member. What do you do?
if I see them leaking information I would screenshot and then report it to a leader and let the leader decide what happens to the member of staff.

About me;;
1) My personality
I'd say that I am a very sensitive person who is there for everyone around me as long as they want me to. I currently have no curating experience but I do have leadership experience. As a leader I am very straight forward and I try to keep my team moving and help them improve in anyway needed. I'm also described by my friends as very understanding, ive, and hard working. When I'm assigned something to do I get it done asap. A flaw of mine would definitely be that I do get distant from people, but it doesn't stop me from doing my job.
2) why do I want to be a curator?
I wanna be a curator because I want to help out more around this wonderful amino. This amino has helped me make many friends and I just want to do something in return and help those who need help in this amino.
3)Have I broken any rules?
I haven't broken any rules except for the sentence rule when I first ed way back when because I didn't know that we had to have a certain amount of words on the post.
4) stats

my stats are usually more than this but I have been on hiatus to focus on myself and what's going on in my life. Though I should be back before the 14 because ima come back the 11th ^_^.
