About me and some of my flaws:

I am a teacher by profession, but I am also a student. My Master's degree is now under progress, and I intend to complete it next year. Some of the folks here may consider me to be the sweetest person they've ever met. Maybe it's true, maybe it's not. However, I still do not consider myself to be a sweet person. I like to assist people wherever possible. Also, I'm one of those people who is always willing to help, although it is beyond my capabilities. I'm a teacher, so when deemed necessary, I can be serious.

Apart from sleeping, my favourite hobby is playing chess. I read books occasionally. If I am not reminded of my time, I can become addicted to online games as soon as I start playing. In addition, I can draw, but it is not an innate ability of mine.

As a result of my astigmatism, I am sensitive to bright lights. Among my phobias are thalassophobia, phasmophobia, and galeophobia. I also have Vehophobia, but that kind of fear doesn't always attack me. Therefore, I occasionally drive since I commute whenever that phobia begins to affect me.

Tell us why you'd like to be a curator and what can you offer to the team? Why should we choose you?

Working in such a vast and well-known community is a great opportunity. I'd like to be a curator so that I may contribute to the safety of my virtual home. If ever, it will be a fantastic journey since I will be able to share my commitment to working in such an amazing team. Being one of the curators isn't an easy job for me since I've worked with many people already, but I'll do my best to make this community a safe place for everyone.

No, I don't have.

Have you ever broken a community guideline? If yes, explain briefly.

No.

1. You are the only one online. There has been a small swarm of trolls that have just entered the community. One is spamming the feed and the other spamming chats with innapropriate content. What is your course of action?

I must send them a warning message and inform them that their acts are in violation of the rules. However, because I am unable to multitask while dealing with a troll who is currently spamming the chats with inappropriate content, I will ask for assistance from other curators. Because we're a team, it'll be easy to ask one of them who is now online. I can now concentrate on the troll in the chatroom after getting help from my team about the feed spammer. I'll issue a warning in the chatroom and kindly ask that the host and co-hosts delete the inappropriate content. If the troll persists in being improper, I would take a screenshot of the contents, obtain the troll's link, and report them to any online leaders.

2. You have disabled a post for being considered spam. They are not happy, and are starting to harass you and call you names. How do you handle the situation?

So, first and foremost, I must respond calmly and clearly to them, explaining why I disabled their post. If they continue to harass me, and I consider it to be an extremely offensive chat, I'll seek the help of the leaders. I'll make sure the entire chat is captured with screenshots so they can see what happened.

3. You are moderating a chat/post, and you see an altercation between 2 or more . What's your course of action?

I'll absolutely send out a warning message in the chat, asking them to please communicate in pms and to be respectful to others, as we need to keep the community harmonious. Along with my warning, I'd like to give a gentle reminder to those in chat to assist the agitated in de-escalating their behavior. And I'll have to disable the chat if the refuse to stay appropriate.

4. A member is asking for your help with a situation in their PMs about someone asking sexual/innapropriate things and or sending them. They have evidence to their claim. What do you do?

I read the guidelines and things like these are a severe offense, so I need to immediately ask for the link of the person who is sending inappropriate chats. Aside from that, I need to require that the reporter send me the evidence. After I've gathered the necessary information, I'll report the violator to any leaders online right away.

5. What would you do if you had a fight with another curator?

I'll make sure that doesn't happen, but if it does, I'll definitely encourage them to speak with me privately and calmly explain our viewpoints. Emotions will only serve to distort our judgment, so it's best to understand each point of view so that we can correct any misinterpretations. We are a team that ensures community safety, so we must have patience and understanding amongst ourselves.

6. What would you do if you had a fight with a leader?

I will have the same answer based from the previous question. I'll make sure that doesn't happen, but if it does, I'll definitely encourage them to speak with me privately and calmly explain our viewpoints. 7. What would you do if a member has been posting about sensitive topics, such as suicide, or depression?

According to the guidelines, these types are not permissible, therefore I must immediately disable it. Other people may be triggered by these topics, and their emotional state may be affected as a result. After disabling it, I'll explain why I disabled their post and tell them to include a trigger warning.

8. You get a report a member of staff is abusing their power. How would you approach this situation?

Staff should not abuse their positions of power because we are supposed to be role models for the rest of the community. If someone tells me about it, I'll have to ask them for an evidence and details about what happened. I'll ask for an uncropped proof so that I don't miss any of the context. After they've provided the evidence, I will inform any online leaders of the situation. Moreover, when it comes to issues with staff, I believe that leaders must be the ones to handle them.

9. You see a chat/post with people saying negative things about staff/a certain staff member what do you do?

I'll take down their post and inform them that they've violated the guidelines. They should go to PMs if they have a problem with a member of staff in order for it to be settled.

10. You see a curator leaking information to a member. What do you do?

I'll remind them that disclosing information is against the guidelines. Additionally, I will also take a screenshot to have proof of what they did and report it to any online leaders.
