How do y’all deal with your depression/anxiety/mental health struggles cuz bro I’m literally going through it and I need advice asap

The best advice I can give is don’t push it away or see it as a bad thing. Instead, accept it as a part of you. Because when you have mental health issues that means you are somehow not willing to feel your emotions in the past. But emotions are there to speak, so let them speak and see what information they are trying to convey. Feel it. Feel whatever emotions. You are here to feel. Including panic and hopelessness.

Going to my psychologist, taking meds, spending time with my friend. That's pretty much all I do tbh. Everything else is just me slowly cooking in a metaphorical soup of my thoughts, my past, my fears, my environment, simply waiting for this all to end.
