If there isn’t a day the thought isn’t plaguing my conscious I might be possessed.

The constant hours I consume wasting my time trying to convince myself I belong on one side is irrational.

The fear I feel that I’m in a constant state of lying to myself doesn’t hesitate to slither through my nerves to haunt me at night.

The exhaust of trying to correctly represent myself correctly to ignorant people who could care less about my feelings gnawing into my self esteem until suddenly it doesn’t matter anymore.

Here?

There?

Anywhere?

I’ll try myself for being this way.

As my own judge.

So, this is a poem on my personal take of Biphobia/Internalized Biphobia, but this I’ve heard speaks to other groups in the community as well, and I’d like to make a quick statement before ending my lil post.

Don’t feel like you have to rely on others to validate your gender/sexuality. Also, if you aren’t right about it the first time, that sexuality is fluid and sometimes people can make mistakes pertaining to gender/sexuality. It’s nothing to beat yourself up about. My DMs are always open if you need me. ;)
