1) what would i do if i came across a troll or / inappropriate hide they profile or strike but not a ban if you can do that when you are a welcomer
2) how would i handle a situation where am disagree with what i do what I as a leader has to say hmm? Depends really
3) what would i do if I got offended / in a fight with another welcomer i would ignore it
4) am i fit to do this ( yes why not )
5) why do I what to be part to make it better
