So if you woke up early depending on your timezone to watch the 2.0 livestream (8am for me ;-----;) they announced that after version 2.0 releases it will be possible for Playstation s to be used on pc/mobile and vise versa.
Since more information has been released on this topic I'd like to summarize it in a what you need to know and also point out one important thing if you currently mainly play on Playstation.

So the basics of how this cross-save will work:
_________________________________________________________
Playstation main to PC/Mobile:
the PSN with Genshin can link to a Mihoyo if the email used is not associated with a Mihoyo already. So if you play on Playstation and want to swap over to mobile or pc you have to make sure you don't use an email that already has a Mihoyo or else it won't work for you.
PC/Mobile main to Playstation:
A pc/mobile Mihoyo can only work with a Playstation if the PSN of Genshin has never been used.
So if you have tried Genshin on your main PSN , didn't like your first summons and went to pc/or mobile and stuck with that , you will need to make a new PSN to play on Playstation with your pc/mobile .
Form more information on cross-save, please click here for more examples and explanation by Mihoyo.

Very Important to Know for PC/Mobile s!!!
Do Not Ignore This Part!!
Yes this is super important if you want to link your to a specific Playstation , like if you enjoy keeping all your Playstation game progress on one PSN and not several.
When you open Genshin on you Playstation for the first time and agree to the of service for the game, you will get a pop-up window for linking you pc/mobile to that Playstation . DO NOT CLOSE THIS POP-UP BY MISTAKE!!!
Why am I making a big deal about this you might ask? Well, let's just say if you ignore that pop-up option when you first start Genshin on Playstation after 2.0 releases, you will NOT get the option to link your in the future.

So if you want your pc/mobile Mihoyo on your main Playstation , do make sure you don't skip this pop-up window.
Edit:
Purchasing between platforms
Re-read the article from Mihoyo and noticed this is pretty important to cover:
It's important to that Genesis Crystals purchased on pc/mobile will not display on psn and vise versa. So if you purchase any on pc/mobile for example you'll want to convert those Crystals to Primogems before switching over to Playstation if you need them to summon.

This concludes my Ted Talk I hope you all enjoy Version 2.0 when it releases.

This is a bit confusing and it’s not your fault but I was just wondering. If you would want to transfer your mobile process to the PS4 without an already there what would do? Kinda got a bit confused

They haven't confirmed a date yet for the release of version 2.0 so I'dsay keep an eye out for that in the games announcements/social media. The best guess so far is to just assume the day Kazuhas banner ends.

Ah I see, thank you for answering questions you probably already talked about
finally!!!!
As a playstation that's been playing since day one, this is a literal godsend. I never expected this to be implemented so soon. It's my favorite part from the stream lmao, like I was literally cheering at like 6 in the morning
I am excited for cross save with Playstation as well, I also didn't expect it to be this soon I was expecting it would happen during the 1 year anniversary for Genshin.
this is confusing, but i'm happy that cross save exists now
It is pretty confusing. The simplest way that I can explain it is:
PSN to mobile/pc
The email you use cannot already have a Mihoyo linked to it.
Mobile/pc to psn
The psn cannot already have been used for Genshin because it automatically binds the .

What if I deleted my secondary altogether? So like go onto the website and deleted it that way?

That might work. This is the closest answer the form provides on that
