Chocolate Cherry - Saved from Mold

When I had my first ever successful sunflowers bloom last year, I was ecstatic.

I took the seeds out and sadly I didn't dry them out properly.

They had then started molding in the baggie, and to try to save them I... took some out of the bag and threw them across the ground.

6 months later, they had sprouted into little babies.

All of those babies had survived. The seeds that did sprout, not every seed germinated haha.

And those babies grew FAST.

I made a post on I think 18 days of growth. And it was MASSIVE. Nothing I've seen ever, and I KNEW they were changing so much, because they really were!

And the cool thing. They all bloomed at the same time!! And here they are!

That is sunflower 1!

these all chocolate cherry sunflowers.

This magnificent flower, has yellow at its base of the petals, than that red chocolate color, and then yellow.

It's an absolute stunner, and I am SO proud of this little guy. SO PROUD.

Then we got sunflower 2!

This guy is the biggest, tallest, and just A BEHEMOTH!

I'll make a post about this guy soon, maybe in a few days, but he's taller than me!

He is the star of the show, the talk of the town. Even my brother and mom ire the thickness of the stem. And how it's the real deal!

She even shows other people so... it's rlly nice 🥺

This is what I mean I want to grow sunflowers.

Sunflowers that are tall, with huge leaves and flowers, and the stem to be thick. It's so awesome and I am so so so happy with how he turned out.

Then we got sunflower 3!

All of these sunflowers have chosen a different side to face haha.

This one has the most dark color out of all of them. And it's so pretty!

I did however. 2 days after it bloomed, which I did yesterday, cut off the flower.

I will try to dry preserve the flower in what I used last time and, hope it comes out well :). I think it will ^^.
