Since she was only announced 4h ago there's not much information regarding her stats. However, as always the trailer provides a nice amount of gameplay footage to get an idea of the character.

BRV Ability

By far her most simple ability. It's a 1-hit BRV attack that inflicts Relm's unique debuff for 2 turns on one enemy. What that debuff initially does has yet to be revealed. In addition to a debuff she also grants herself a self-buff by increasing her max BRV for 5 turns. 8 uses in total.

HP Ability

So this is where it gets a bit more complicated. Relm's HP ability is an AOE attack that starts off with a BRV attack, grants Relm two 6-turn max BRV buffs, which then evenly divides her BRV between all enemies to deal equal damage. Sounds simple so far. However, the trailer showed 3 total forms her HP ability could have. The first form is the one I just talked about and the third doesn't appear to be much different besides from trapping the enemy in a black sphere to deal BRV damage. The second form however has a nice feature. This form is shown to appear when Relm's HP is low. What her HP ability does then is heal herself and the rest of her party based on her current BRV before dealing an HP attack. 6 uses in total.

And that's all for Relm's moveset. One thing the trailer revealed as well is a nice cutscene with Relm and Interceptor, who some may have wanted since chapter 5. And here he finally is. I'll leave you with that picture and a link below for the full trailer.
