One Year on Amino!

Hello FF Amino! Minh here!

And this time, it's not another boring PSA. It's a genuine blog, because my one year anniversary is here, and it's been quite a ride.

Final Fantasy Amino was one of the first ones I ed and got into. When I first got here, I didn't really talk to anyone. I kinda just sat back and ired the works of others. Then, the FF Review challenge came, and I decided to try my hand at blogging.

This was really my first serious blog. Just something I threw together to participate in a challenge. But, when I came back later that day, to my surprise I had gotten featured. I hadn't expected to be the one to be featured in a community of 7,000 (at the time,) and I didn't understand the concept of inactive . Nonetheless, it inspired me to keep blogging, although it wasn't consistent.

My second big thing I did was a multi contest, which... Didn't really go so well. I mean, I got through the first couple phases, but it died shortly afterward.

I didn't have like, any friends here. But that changed shortly after the failed contest. Curator applications! Now was my chance to hopefully lead something big and make friends. Luckily, I was chosen to be a Curator, and boy has it been one hell of a ride.

When I first got into the position of a Curator, I honestly had no idea what I was doing. An hour into the job, I had already made a mistake! Luckily, the leadership team was so damn nice to me in explaining what I did wrong.

This Curator position is probably the only reason I'm still using this app. It's what's kept me coming back, and I will continue to wear the Curator title with extreme pride. I still feeling that rush after they announced it, being like, "Oh my God, they picked me?" I nearly screamed.

Overall, my time here on Amino has just been amazing. I've had the pleasure of befriending the wonderful leadership team, and would befriend all of you if I had the time to do so. Sadly, with school in the way, I have not been quite as active as I would like to be. This blog was barely scraped together in time :sweat_smile:

I've had a great run as a Curator and do not plan on stopping anytime soon! Also, one final announcement...
