Sad news :broken_heart: rest easy Topaz :two_hearts:

I don’t have the bestest of knews and it’s very heartbreaking to say. I have to tell you all because it’s rude to just not say what happened to her and carrying on like normal.. I’m going to get right into it and not ramble along, and a message to my beautiful girl.

Also a little bit about or last ride. Appreciate everyone who has ed me during this time and it’s going to take a long while to get used to the fact :pensive:

On Wednesday the 22 July, all the horses at our yard was getting injections, when they gave topaz an injection she went into anaphylactic shock (allergic reaction) and the vets tried everything they could to save her but unfortunately she didn’t make it 🥺

Even though you weren’t my own, you stole my heart from the start, knew you were something special :two_hearts: I’m happy that I got to spend part of my journey (one and a half years) with the most amazing mare with best personality :two_hearts: even though we had some off times there was always the good that overflowed 🥺

Spending time before and after lessons brought me soo much joy and could make a bad day soo much better :two_hearts: I loved teaching her all the tricks and attempted teaching a few more but her mind was always I’ll give you kisses and more kisses🥺 :two_hearts:

Topaz you were my whole heart and soul, I don’t know where I’d be if it wasn’t for you and all you taught me (and Andrea of course :relieved: ). Swear you were meant for me, came when I needed it most :two_hearts:

I’m going to miss all your craziness and goofiness, even your bucks :broken_heart: you were so special to me, my last moment with you was short but I’ll it forever, just that kiss and gave you treats🥺 :two_hearts:

There’s all the wishes and I know I shouldn’t think of it but I wish I could hug her one more time, get an enthusiastic kiss from her one more time, spend more time with her and give her a proper goodbye :sob: :two_hearts:

I’m not gonna sob on more but I hope you rest easy you precious girl :two_hearts: to hug your horses and love them as much as you can because you never know when you’ll see them last🥺 :two_hearts:

I had a really good last ride on her, we did little pop exercises and then we went onto jumping and she did soo nicely. If you want to see Tap here

After that ride I had just chilled with her and spent time with her and now I realised how important it is to spend time with your horses🥺
