THEORY — heartbreak weather tour??

GOOD MORNING

if you’ve been living under a rock for the last month or so, niall recently posted about his album, heartbreak weather, which will be released march 13th. he just put out a video going through track by track on the album like a weather report.

at the end of the video, he mentions this hashtag: #heartbreakweatherwatch which will begin next week, february 28th.

and all of us (including me) are wondering— what does this hashtag mean?

personally, i believe niall’s going to drop the tour dates on the 28th, weather watch day.

why?

in the video, he mentions the weather in cities all over the world: dublin, berlin, tokyo, bahhhhston, san francisco. blah blah blah.

when tour dates come out, us fans are watching a lot, whether we’re finding the closest venue, what date it is, and if we can buy tickets before they’re sold out.

we’re prepping for a concert similar to how we prep for a storm. we buy goods from the store and stock up on food, we charge all of our devices just in case we lose power, and we watch the weather channel to see what we could expect from the storm, even if they exaggerate it a little.

either way, niall knows how vigilant we are.

“weather watch” = tour dates

also! the quote, “there is a storm coming, and her name is niall,” is a HUGE indicator of this weather watch/tour date conspiracy. there are storms all over the world, and they usually don’t stay in one place for a while. storms also aren’t exactly the same in one place either. each place it goes, it brings something different. when touring, niall and company are very much the same. they play at their venue and then to travel to the next show.

one more thing about the quote :flushed:

my guess is that this album is about one person again (cc flicker theory), but niall describes their relationship as a storm: chaotic yet captivating, destructive yet divine. he’s drawn to it even though it kills him a little inside.
