It will be rainy within the Realm, featuring intense lightning and thunder booming overhead. The Road itself however will feature no such rain. As you walk the road the clouds overhead will be clear and the sun will finally show on the road. It's almost like the road is within the eye of the storm while every other part is nothing but rain and lightning.
