Time to Address some things

So here lately we've had some issues

Hello everyone, it's your lovely Agent Fortissimo and I'm here to speak with everyone about recent events.

Staff and

Now there has always been a line drawn with the staff and , but in the end we all rely on each other. The staff cant always see everything and that isn't always our fault. We all live lives just like the rest of you and it can be hard on some of our . I personally have work sometimes and I end up running a lot or errands, but I'm also graduating in a few weeks so I have to get ready for that.

Now this doesnt mean I'm to busy to handle things here, but I've also got a lot of things to handle personally as well. All the staff do, but we still try our best regardless of IRL problems. Now onto what it is that bothers a lot of people, which is how we handle our jobs. I realize that it makes many people angry and I apologize for that, but we are far from perfect in how things can be handled. Everyone on the team is different and would handle things differently. Same with how a member would handle things compared to let's say, how I would handle things, or how Aeris could handle things. Me and her are two entirely different people.

I do apologize for how things have been lately and I want to improve things, as you all deserve to feel like you have a reliable staff team. We also require your help as well. If an argument occurs then immediately someone, or if you see a post that is off-topic or even against the guidelines then simply flag it, that's all I can ask of you if you have the time of day.

Roleplay Activities

Now I spoke of increasing the roleplay aspect and not much has been done, but I plan on creating weekly weather themes and bringing in some small scale events to allow peoples OC's to fight and or obtain something to increase development. We have a lot of potential and I wanted to bring back the guild idea. Give me your thoughts on Guilds in the comments.

The most recent issue

Now an issue arose about chat disabling issues and I apologize for that and take responsibility for anyone's chat that was disabled that has been active within the last two weeks. Now I was never informed of such an inactivity rule, nor was it placed anywhere by the former staff, which I was apart of, so my apologies. It will be added to the Chats section of the guidelines.

•Chats that have not had a roleplay related message sent in the last two weeks will cause the chat owner to be given a warning. If it occurs again then that chat will be disabled.

This type of rule will allow the chat owner time to fix up the chat activity and if it does increase then that shows the chat still has a chance to help with the roleplay aspect.

One last thing

I know that things have been iffy for everyone and I apologize. I realize that I may not be the most fit Agent, but I am trying in every way possible to try and help DR with its roleplay aspect, while helping the staff and member relationship.
