Li
The word li acts as a binder. It is somewhat similar to the word is. For example "ijo li pona" means something is good. However li can also be a binder between nouns and nouns not just adjectives. For example to say women are people you would say "mili li jan".
Capitalization
In Toki pona you NEVER capitalize when using the Latin alphabet. For example you write tomo "Tomo telo li lon seme?" As "tomo telo li lon seme?".
