Jason Todd was created in March of 1983. He was in Detective Comics #525, but not until later in 1983 he was introduced as the second Boy Wonder, following Dick Grayson. The four wonderful people that made Jason Todd are Judd Winick, Gerry Conway, Doug Mahnke, and Don Newton. Thank you for the question, Babs!

What I think is Jason would still hate Bruce in the beginning for bot coming to save him. If he survived the explosion he wouldn't have met Talia and he wouldn't train under the All Caste. So, through all the mental trauma he went through, I beliebe that Red Hood would still be a thing. I think Batman would be effected the most because he would know that Jason hates him with nothing to do about it. I would think that a minor change would be Timothy Drake just coming later.
