Heyo! DJ here with another Red Hood post and I will be reviewing Red Hood And The Outlaws, as the title says. But, I will only review numbers 1-3, I am NOT doing all 40 in one post. I absolutly love this comic, so lets get into it. Cya!

Issue #1

Alright, I only have one bad review, but we'll get into that later. I absolutly love the beginning with Roy in jail, overseas. I think this sets great background. I love how Roy and "Pastor Beerback" interact.

Then BOOM! Jason in a fat suit! Yada, yada more dialogue then STARFIRE roles up, and blew up some tanks.

A couple weeks later, they're on a beach n stuff. The only part I heavily disliked was Starfire slept with Roy, while dating Jason. I understand it's a better ship, but c'mon now.. Other than that there is nothing else I have a problem with.

I really love how they kicked Red Hood & The Outlaws off, great intro, so I will give it an 8/10. -2 points because they did Jason dirty. Other than that, I will see you at issue #2.

Issue #2

Issue 2 starts with a bit of backstory. Jason is brought to train with the Ducra of the All Caste. I absolutly love how they included Talia bring Jason to train before they just jump to Red Hood.

This will only go on for 3 pages then we jump to the present and we are put into a plane with Roy and Jason. A flight attendant greets Jason and he go to the back of the plane to "stretch his legs." Jason then gets the attendants number given to him.

After this, they land and are greeted by Kori. They hopped into a limo. After an interesting chat, Jason stops to pay a visit to Suzie Su, who he kills. Other than the death, he is met by his gear.

We skip to a time where theycare in a helicopter. With sone nore coversation, they leap out and glid to, "Somewhere over the Himalayas."

They are greeted by the dead corpses of the All Caste, including Ducra. Ducra's spirit shows up and informs Red Hood that An Untitled was here. After Ducra goes back into her lifeless body, the dead bodies of the All Caste attack them. They soon end this battle, but Todd doesn't feel that they should re-die by his hand.

Jason prays on the corpses and that is the end of Issue #2.

Issue #3

Red Hood & The Outlaws venture to the Chamber of All to find S'Aru The Protector. To get into the Chamber of All the three need to give S'Aru their most fond memories. If the three return alive, they will get their memories back. The Chamber of All is a nexus, revealed by Jason. S'Aru was told not to look through the Outlaws memories, but he did anyways. First, we dive into Starfire's memory. Starfire is a princess, until traded into slavery, for the peace of two worlds. Conquorers of Tameran, the Citadel are in control of a prison, where young Koriand'r is being held. A guard cones to help the girl up, speaking of such a young alien should be free. This sympathy neans nothing to Kori and he is later burnt to a crisp by her. Multiple guards surround Star and that is where the memory ends.

Inside of the chamber, the three are greeted by a shining blue orb in the center of an empty room. From where they stand, needle like spikes grow from the ground where they stand. A large beast roars, soon they realized that this orb is guarded by this beast. Nobody is harmed, but Star gets captured by the beasts tongue. Now we are flipped back to S'Aru ready to have a peak of Roy's memory.

We are flashed back into Roys memories and Killer Croc is beating Roy to a pulp, with no resistance. Croc then realized that Roy wants to die. A bit of humanity comes out of Croc and he stops beating on Roy and tells him, "But I'm not doing your dirty work for you." Croc helps him up and assures Roy that the bext time they cross he won't be so nice. (Chad Croc Moment).

Back in the chamber, they defeat the monster by using explosive arrows. Jason takes the orb, but it turns out that it is just a globe of Colorado. Star glides out of the now defeated beast and grab the two boys and fly to where they entered the Chamber of All. Jason, with the globe in his hand gives it to S'Aru. They recieve their memories and we go into the fondest memory of Jason Todd.

Jason Todd, aa Robin is put out of a night mission with Batman, due to him being sick. Ahile Bruce is out fighting crime, Alfred tries to comfort young Jason with sone tea, but Jason quickle shoo's the butler away, emplying that he can take care if himself. Bruce, back from his mission s Jason with watching TV. Jason soon falls asleep on the arm of Batman.

Conclusion

Heyo! I am happy I got this out in one night. I absolutly loved reading the first couple Issues of Red Hood & The Outlaws. At first this was just gonna be a rating, but it went off the rails to a rating and summary. I hope you like this post and look out for my next Red Hood & The Outlaws post!
