I honestly think it would've been interesting to have Dick Grayson be the ghost of Christmas past or future. That's just my opinion though.

On the one hand, I can see him being the Ghost of Christmas Present (he’s not morbid enough to be Future even if he is a good symbol for the future in general). But on the other, I feel like the characters used worked just as well. Though I can see Jason as a good Christmas Past since it alluded to him in that part.

Yeah, I can totally see him as the Ghost of Christmas present. I can see what you're saying about him not being morbid enough to be the Ghost of Christmas future, but it would've been cool to see a scene where Dick is being overran by Batman's Rogues, maybe even reference Knightfall and have Bane break his back. But I'm kinda on the same boat, where the characters that were used are most likely the best options.
