I am currently 16-19, since I’m new to this community, I don’t want to outright disclose this type of information.

➫ Timezone & Availability

I am in Pacific Time Zone, and I’m available between around 4 PM to 8 PM. However I will come around throughout random hours within the day, but it’s hard to make a proper set time because of classes.

➫ Basic Information

I’m a giant dork who loves to draw and watch anime. I’ve been drawing since the day I could pick up a pencil, my mother informs me that I was a natural artist. I’ve been fascinated with games ever since I got my Ps2 when I was about 6 years of age. And ever since then I’ve been playing games, and Dauntless is my latest journey. I also like to write, although I can confirm that my drawings top my writing. I’m a fan of haikus, and powerful poetry. I am currently unemployed, however I do take a few under-the-table jobs to make some extra money. I was even thinking about commissions but making art for someone specifically just isn’t my style.

Because of my experiences with babysitting, foresting, fundraising, and drawing. I can say that I am patient, I’m good under pressure, I’m not tempted to anger, I’m ionate, caring, and motivated. I believe these skills could help this community if I were to take Curator/Leader role.

➫ Leader/Curator roles requires maturity and responsibility, can you provide examples that would qualify you?

I’ve been a Curator in an Amino with 50k+ at the time I was promoted. Just simply filling out an application like this got me that far! And I also got a Leader role for a different Amino, but that was for a specific reason. For the Leader position, I had to make a wiki for my guild, keep track of and make sure they’re active, remove anyone who wasn’t proven to show activity within 2 weeks, and dissolve conflicts. For the Curator role, because of the high quantity of , we had to meet a certain criteria of disabling off-topic posts since they were so common. I was in charge of the groups that the would make, and because of those 400+ groups, there was much conflict. I was the go-to Curator to help with these groups, and give the groups advice. And if someone wanted to open up a new group, I came up with ‘group ideas’ for them to decide upon, or just help them make a wiki. I find the easiest way to dissolve conflict is to not be biased, not take sides and be there while talk it out. The easiest way for to dissolve the conflict is to block each other. The hard part is to convince them this might be the best idea if they couldn’t make up.

➫ What kind of content will you feature, what kind of content will you not feature?

Content I would feature: I like artistic, hard-working type of people. If I find some art/writing/poetry/animation/graphic-novel/comic, etc. And if it meets a certain level of quality, I will definitely feature! Of course, it has to be relevant. And they have to prove that it is their content, not someone else’s. Art theft should definitely be taken seriously.

Posts that aren’t feature-worthy: I believe posts that aren’t feature-worthy is ones with low quality, not enough sentences/paragraphs, posts that aren’t asking for any feature (curatorreview), and posts that aren’t unique.

➫ How would you consider to have already contributed to this community?

I haven’t been here for very long, so I haven’t contributed anything besides saying some nice things. But I do want to make wikis for items within the game so that newcomers can learn about them. I’ve already made a wiki for Skarn, one of the behemoths. And I hope it’ll help people!

➫ would come to you concerning issues of harassment, or violation of Amino rules or conduct. How would you handle the situation?

The importance of this is to listen to both sides of the conflict. And obtaining screenshots providing evidence of the harassment/violation. Of course people will behave differently when facing a great deal of drama, the right thing to do is remain calm and to not spread gossip about the situation.

➫ What if a friend of yours had conflict with another member of this community, how would you deal with this?

Of course you’ll always have implicit biases, you’ll be nicer to your friend even if you aren’t aware. However you still have to treat them like any other member. You can’t put your friends on a pedestal when becoming a Curator/Leader, or in general. Even in real life, even if you don’t have any authority, if your friend is misbehaving and doing something bad, you should be honest with them and tell them that they should be more mature about the situation. But obviously, I would be prepared to take care of this type of situation. It wouldn’t be the first time.

➫ You may come across that will criticize you in a non-constructive way, it may even get to the point of harassment. How would you handle this?

Of course, there’s always rules to every community. If it leads to harassment, you do have to properly handle the situation by giving them a warning. If they continue, than you talk to your moderation team about it and than you make a decision based on what’s happening. Is it strike-worthy, ban-worthy, etc. You have to remind people of the rules when they break them.
