Hey hello there fellow friends, Sleepy here to bring you a new weekly prompt along with a handful of lame jokes so let’s get started! Ready? Steady? Go!

As you probably already saw in the title of this weekly prompt this week’s prompt is the Norse prompt. Most likely you already know at least something about Norse mythology for example. Would that be because of the popularity of a certain comics company and certain movies? Yes, most likely. Is that certain company marvel? Yeah, you got me there.

If you ask around about Thor and Loki on the streets then most people will know of those characters, but today we won’t be talking only about popular movies but about the actual source material. The Norse culture and mythology! So let’s not wait Mjölnhere any longer and dive right into the rest of this prompt!

⚔ Blog ⚔

- People often make blogs comparing characters from other franchises to the danganronpa characters, but what if you compared the norse gods to danganronpa characters? Do you think kokichi is similar to loki or maybe you disagree?

- Weapons were very important to Vikings, but what Norse mythological weapons would danganronpa characters use?

- In Norse mythology there are plenty legendary weapons, but which one would be most suited for a danganronpa case? How would the murder be planned and executed and so on!

⚔ Fanfiction ⚔

- An integral part of Norse Culture were the Vikings. What if the danganronpa cast actually was a crew on a Viking ship? Would they be successful or fail miserably?

- Most modern movies plots about Norse Mythology is about Norse gods getting stuck on earth. If a Nordic god got stuck on earth which danganronpa character would they ask for help and how would that go?

- Vikings are known for their ferociousness, but what if some danganronpa characters organised such a grand battle as a stageplay? Who would reign Vik(ing)torious and who will eat dirt?

⚔ Editing ⚔

- Symbols were frequently used by Vikings, but what if you add them into your editing set?

- Norse culture often gets associated with the winter. How about an edit set with a cool (quite literally) winter theme!

- Danganronpa actually has it’s very own Norse mythological item namely the spear of gugnir! Nobody has ever made an edit set about a spear so it would certainly be unique!

⚔ Art ⚔

- If the danganronpa characters were going to a Norse culture festival what would they wear? Would they look very vibrant or would they stick to earth tones?

- What if there was a SHSL Viking? How would they be designed. Would they be very feminine or a big and burly character?

- Vikings also made illustrations so how cool would it be to make art in that style!

⚔ Cosplay ⚔

- If Danganronpa characters teleported back to the Viking times, what would they wear to blend in? Or would they not blend in at all?

- Multiple other series also have Vikings in them. So how about a crossover between danganronpa and another Viking series?

- Weapons are a big part of Viking culture so what if you included weapon props in your cosplay?

⚔ Rewards ⚔

If you do all four prompts in May (93-96), you’ll be rewarded! You will receive the temporary title of “WP Winner :star2: ,” a shout-out in the first prompt of the next month, and 25 coins. To be eligible, you must have completed all the prompts within the time frame and have them posted by June 4th, 11:59pm GMT.

However, for each group of weekly prompts, we have a grand-rewards winner that is picked out by the mods and SC. For the month of May, this member will receive a profile feature, a feature of one of their prompt posts, a temporary custom title, and 1,075 coins.

In addition, you can earn a permanent custom title by completing four consecutive months of WPs. To check your streak, please refer to this Cronssi, or keep track of it yourself! It’ll be your responsibility to reach out to a mod for your title when the time comes. All general winners are also responsible for PM’ing a mod themselves for their rewards.

⚔ FAQ ⚔

Q. I haven’t finished last week’s prompt yet! Can I still do it?

A. Yep! As long as you complete it within the month you’re still eligible to win! These prompts are also just for inspiration so if you haven’t come up with anything this week, but come up with a great idea the next, feel free to post it!

Q. If I’ve won before can I win again?

A. Of course! As long as you complete all the prompts for the month, you’re eligible to win no matter if you’ve participated in the past or not!

Q. Do I really lose my title if I don’t finish this month’s prompts too?

A. Sadly, yes. Our goal is to award who are diligent and make a post for each prompt. We understand being busy and we’re very sorry if you can’t make it, however, there is always next month!

Q. Do I have to follow one of the prompts above?

A. Nope! They’re just examples! If you wanna edit to a song of the movie or write a blog on who would be who in a crossover or anything of the sorts that’s completely fine! As long as it follows the prompt in some way!

Q. I was busy and couldn’t submit the fourth prompt by the end of the month! Can I submit it late and still be eligible to win?

A. Yes, but no later than when the next weekly prompt occurs. If you can get it in by then or even the day one you will still be eligible! After that you won’t be though.

Q. Is there a certain level of quality I have to make my prompt entry?

A. As long as we can tell it didn’t take 5 secs to make or something a panda could do, it’s fine! We encourage you to be creative, but also try your best.

Q. My streak broke! Can I repair it?

A. Sadly, no. Each month needs to be met by the time of the first post of the following month for your streak to be kept intact. New prompts are posted every Tuesday, so be sure to have them submitted by then!

Q. Do I have to do all the prompts before this one?

A. Nope! You can jump in and do the prompts at anytime. You only need to complete all 4 for the month we’re on for the rewards, but if you only want to do one, or want to do a past prompt, you can for fun! Keep in mind, even if you finish a month that’s ed, you can’t claim the rewards. All 4 must be completed by the end of the month were currently on to be eligible.

Q. I don’t see any suggestions for OC posts. Can I make an OC post for this prompt?

A. Yep! You can always make posts from ideas that aren’t suggested so long as they follow the theme of the prompt. Also, OC posts fall under the other types of content.
