〖Prompt 119: Introduction〗

Welcome to the 119th prompt, written by Ikigai! The concept of simulations is not strange to any DR fan, from the plot twist of DR2, to the headcanons about simulations surrounding the other games.

With the freedom and unparalleled limits of simulations, there is a lot you can do. So with that, I’ll expand on the theme of simulations, and give you ideas for how to incorporate the theme into a post!

〖Prompt 119: Ideas and Suggestions〗

『Blogging』

• Analyze a DR2 execution, or rewrite one! The DR2 executions take place in a simulation, so they are more outlandish than most other executions, but see if you can explore how the simulation aspect could have been fully explored.

• Think of scenarios of what could have happened if the Neo World Program wasn’t corrupted! How would DR3 be affected? How would the characters be affected afterwards?

• Write an analysis on Chiaki and Monomi. They were artificial intelligence for the simulation, so what events foreshadowed it, and how did it affect other characters?

『Fanfiction』

• Write a fanfiction about the DR1 in a simulation! Their killing game was set in reality, but how would things change if it was set in a simulation instead?

• Have a V3 character wake up from a simulation! Some headcanons are that V3 was set in a simulation, and that their pregame selves were their real selves, so develop that headcanon more!

• Write an AU about DR2 having a different traitor! What if another encouraging character such as Nekomaru or Ibuki was an AI made by the future foundation instead?

『Artworks』

• Draw what happens after DR2’s ending! A little bit of information on how everybody woke up was shown, but expand on it more with your art!

• Make a comic centering around Chiaki and Monomi! What private conversations did they have during the game?

• Draw Alter Ego! Alter Ego was a small part of THH, but give some more attention to them by drawing them!

『Editing』

• Incorporate the little sprites and models in the simulation that was a major part of V3’s fourth chapter!

• Use technology-themed overlays and textures! Computers, binary systems, electricity, etc., can relate back to that.

• Use colors that are associated with technology! Of course we have green for Chihiro and Alter Ego, but you can use a bright blue or some dark colors.

『Cosplay』

• Since Chihiro is a programmer, cosplay him! For an extra touch, take a few photos near computers or gaming systems!

• Cosplay a talent swap! How would characters like Kaede, Makoto, or Fuyuhiko look as an Ultimate Programmer?

• Cosplay a robotic character! Kiibo is an obvious answer, but Miaya or Monomi can count too!

〖Prompt 119: Facts and Questions〗

Q. I haven’t finished last week’s prompt yet! Can I still do it?

A. Yep! As long as you complete it within the month you’re still eligible to win! These prompts are also just for inspiration so if you haven’t come up with anything this week, but come up with a great idea the next, feel free to post it!

Q. If I’ve won before, can I win again?

A. Of course! As long as you complete all the prompts for the month, you’re eligible to win no matter if you’ve participated in the past or not!

Q. Do I really lose my title if I don’t finish this month’s prompts too?

A. Sadly, yes. Our goal is to reward who are diligent and make a post for each prompt. We understand being busy and we’re very sorry if you can’t make it, however, there is always next month!

Q. Do I have to follow one of the prompts above?

A. Nope! They’re just examples! If you wanna edit to a song of the movie or write a blog on who would be who in a crossover or anything of the sort that’s completely fine! As long as it follows the prompt in some way!

Q. I was busy and couldn’t submit the fourth prompt by the end of the month! Can I submit it late and still be eligible to win?

A. Yes, but no later than when the next weekly prompt occurs. If you can get it in by then or even the day one you will still be eligible! After that you won’t be though.

Q. Is there a certain level of quality I have to make my prompt entry?

A. As long as we can tell it didn’t take 5 secs to make or something a panda could do, it’s fine! We encourage you to be creative, but also try your best.

Q. Can I make multiple entries for one prompt?

A. You can but only one is necessary to be eligible to win. Feel free to make as many as you want though!

Q. Is there a set of rules my post has to follow?

A. As long as it follows DRA’s and Amino’s guidelines while remaining related to the prompt it should be fine!

Q. My streak broke! Can I repair it?

A. Sadly, no. Each month needs to be met by the time of the first post of the following month for your streak to be kept intact. New prompts are posted every Friday, so be sure to have them submitted by then!

Q. Do I have to do all the prompts before this one?

Nope! You can jump in and do the prompts at anytime. You only need to complete all 4 for the month we're on for the rewards, but if you only want to do one, or want to do a past prompt, you can for fun! Keep in mind, even if you finish a month that's ed, you can't claim the rewards. All 4 must be completed by the end of the month were currently on to be eligible.

Q. I don’t see any suggestions for OC posts. Can I make an OC post for this prompt?

A. Yep! You can always make posts from ideas that aren’t suggested so long as they follow the theme of the prompt. Also, OC posts fall under the other types of content.
