Idrk if this is worse than Diabolik or not

So i just noticed this post series is going bad-good-bad-good and that was unintentional but ok.

Anyways, I found this anime on Hulu and I spit out my tea after I read the summary and seriously, I crack up everything I think about this anime.

So Brothers Conflict, as you can see, there are 1.. 2.... 13 brothers in the harem.

Plot Summary

So our main character, 17 year old Ema Hinata, is moving in with her new family. Her dad recently got remarried to a lady with 13 sons, and so now Ema's living with her siblings, but uhhhhh her parents live separately. For whatever reason.

Basically, every diddly darn brother immediately became infatuated with Ema as soon as she walked through the door and half of them throw themselves on her and she DOESN'T STAND UP FOR HERSELF AND NEVER SAYS "hey this is icky and wrong, we're siblings now" AND THEY JUST DO THEIR YUCKY THING. And like, specific brothers have

with other specific brothers and no one else.

Here's the bad stuff:

• No good chatacter development

• Main character has no personality and isn't likeable

• Story is eehhhh, not really engaging

• None of the characters are really likeable as characters, the only reason you would favor one over others is if they were your type or something, but as a person they don't stand out at all

• Overall doesn't make a whole lot of sense and is boring

Here's some good things:

• All the brothers are unique among each other

• Everyone has pretty alright character design

• I can't really come up with anything else man

I do like how the brothers deal with their *ahem* feelings differently. There's some brothers who like, know it's wrong and don't act on their feelings because they're sane and have a moral com and don't touch their new sister.

Can't say the same about everyone tho.

The overall execution of the story is frustrating. Ema is generic and boring and doesn't stand up for herself, and everyone else is either really creepy or fine. There's not much character development, there's no real important story, it's mostly like "there's a thing happening at school also your brother kissed you". It was basically boring, and that's really bad. Diabolik Lovers is a bad show, it's lazy and unremarkable but it was entertaining for ironic value. Yona of the Dawn was a good show with interesting characters and plot and it was entertaining. However this show is just boring and confusing and frustrating. There's this thing where apparently the pet squirrel of Ema has a human dream form and also loves Ema which is SO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS MAN.

This post is relatively short because there's nothing I can really say about this anime, because it's

unremarkable.

I watched all of Yona in 2-4 days and it took me 2 weeks to watch this because I just wasn't interested by this, but I just wanted to see how it wraps up so I eventually finished it.
