In The Wrong!

There is no mistake nor errors,

Everything I said is factual,

For everyone is in the wrong

And I will prove it all to you!

The lies were all made by the Kings

Who wished to rule eternally,

Now that the damage has been done,

The blame falls unto the children,

We were asked to pray for blessings,

Asked to stay pious and devout,

Why can't they see our faithfulness

But only see all our mistakes?

Make us blind with obedience,

Then forced to take important steps,

And when a single toe's astray,

They would call us good-for-nothing,

Why can't we be our own person?

Why blame us for our selfishness?

Why must we act like another

But call us weak for this crude act?

Those who sat on the golden throne

Promised us gifts in abundance,

So why was it that we're given

Nothing but scraps of putrid lies?

There is no misstep in judgement,

Nor are there miscalculations,

For everyone is in the wrong

And I will prove it all to you!

Poisons were all brewed by the Queens

Wishing immortal sovereign,

When this toxin went out of hand,

The children were asked for the cure,

We were all tasked with silent prayers,

Tasked to sing some personal hymns,

And yet we cannot ask for gifts,

A contradiction, taught to us?

They'd cripple us with poisoned words

Before acting like they're victims,

And so, we'd be responsible

For cleaning up all their mistakes,

Why can't we be given freedom,

Then ridiculed for being chained?

Why should we act like we give a

Care to those that don't care at all?

Those that had worn the golden crown

Promised a change for the better,

But why was it that the kingdom

Is now shattered, fallen apart?

I had said it twice in this poem,

But now I will say it once more:

That everyone is in the wrong,

And I had proven it by prose!
