An average me,

an average life,

nothing that stands out,

Nothing worth noting

from my looks

down to my average wants,

An average me

lives a stuffy life that

lack any points of interests,

I lack secrets worth knowing

though I read and play and write;

I'm still just an average guy,

An average me

is but a mundane person,

and you might get bored of me,

I am certainly not 'catchy'

nor someone you'd think be 'cool'

as all the other kids,

An average me

is quite bland and stale,

but I like who I am,

I may not stand out

nor win renowned awards,

but I know that it's just fine,

An average me

is like a spice- a flour

that has nothing else to do,

With a social life that of a rock

and hobbies not really exciting,

what can I say other than I'm average?

Why be part of the 'mainstream'

when I can simply be myself?

At least, I'm not faking who I am,

I am not envious nor jealous

of other people's lives;

Average me has the best, average life.
