⋗Leighanna’s childhood was a happy one with nothing of note. Both of her parents were loving and involved in all aspects of their children’s lives. As the youngest of 13 Leighanna was very close with both of her parents, this would change drastically in her early teen years. She was very prideful and cocky being the youngest, she could get away with basically everything up until she was around 16.

⋗At the age of 14 her father was murdered by a man known to news outlets as “The White Mask” her home life fell apart shortly after this incident as her mother became an extreme alcoholic and her older siblings became her parents, taking on various forms of employment no matter the moral alignment.

Around the age of 15 she was unfortunately caught in the middle of one of her mother’s drunken rage fueled fights with her oldest sibling, resulting in a small chunk being sliced out of her left ear. Later that year she was gifted with enrollment into a combat school of her choice. While in combat school Leighanna made the decision to continue her education at Beacon Academy, training to become a huntress, and training to get revenge on the man who ruined her family.

⋗In her mid-teen years Leighanna was still very prideful, which would ultimately be her downfall. During her time in Signal this got her into trouble often. One night she had been bored with her schoolwork and gathered a group of friends and they decided to sneak out into the woods. Her group encountered an Ursa Major, the others told her they should turn back but she was adamant that she could fight it herself. She refused to turn back and drew her weapon from her bag. Her friends ran to the school knowing something would happen. Leighanna barely got a single hit in before the Ursa charged. She attempted to dodge but wasn’t fast enough. With a single swipe her aura was depleted and she was on the ground with a large gash across her stomach. Luckily for her, her friends were able to make it to the school in time to warn the staff and return with a group of teachers just after she sustained the injury.

After this incident she never lets her pride get the better of her, and giving others the glory in fear that she would return to her prideful ways and get herself or others injured when it matters most. Due to this she silently refused the opportunity to become the leader of her team.
