New Betta Buddy

I finally found myself a new betta! I was really taking it slow, but the time has finally arrived. I’ve been checking several sellers stock lately and Tucky’s Bettas was one of them. As I was scrolling through, this guy caught my eye!

He was discounted due to some nips in his fins. I’m not too worried if he’s a nipper, though. He’s won’t be my first nipper, and I’m sure he won’t be my last either :joy:

Between the good price, his colors, and his eyes, I couldn’t say no to that handsome face!

Of course, out of excitement I chose a name for him on the same day I discovered him. My husband likes the German language, so I decided to name him Malerei, which means “painting” in German.

I’ve gained an obsession for startail bettas recently too, so I really love the blue/turquoise on his caudal fin.
