Alright, yesterday on the way to my dorm i went to the petstore and found this little guy and instantly fell in love :heart_eyes: :joy: he had a bubble nest in his little cup, and his body is the size of my pinkie, about half the size of Toby.
I have decided to name him Sushi, and he is the sweetest :heart_eyes: I currently have him in my 10 gallon tank with the harlequin rasboras i purchased, which are the same size as him (minus the fins)
Sushi is my first domestic betta, as toby is a wild type, and I can see the difference in temerament :joy: :joy: while Toby enjoys swimming against the glass and occasionally looking for food, Sushi spent 2 hours exploring every inch of his tank and sweezing into every nook and cranny he can find :joy: :joy:
Hes also very photogenic. He'll sit still and let me get such clear photos, while Toby literally never sits still :joy: :joy:
