Almost all night my green betta and Winnie (red) have been going after my poor blue girl. The green has been going towards her flaring up her gild while the blue bolts away from her, and the red chases her around the tank...
Just a few minutes ago they cornered her in the tank, I'm going to try and separate the blue one tomorrow. Let me know if you have any ideas of what's going on, why, or what to do.

Well since you just placed them into a new tank together, they are probably currently figuring out their pecking order. Girls basically create a hierarchy and to do this, they literally pick on each other of a few days (on average. Sometimes it takes less time and sometimes it can take over a week) to see "whose the boss" and so on. I'm not sure what your setup looks like, but it's recommended to have plenty of plants/hides for them. In my honest opinion, if this aggressions persists about a week, or if your gal is getting seriously injured, I'd recommend separating her or the most aggressive female. Keep us posted! (:
Alright! I'm buying new plants/hiding spaces for them soon so hopefully this helps. When I checked on then this morning they seemed to beb doing fine.
