❑▻ Backstory: Before moving to the Earth Kingdom, Kudo actually lived in the Fire Nation until he was six years old. Now, he may seem a simple kid living with his mom in a small village and such... But there was something dark hidden behind the curtains. His mother, Su, used to be a, let's say a stage performer, and the current Fire Lord, Fire Lord Kovit, favored her out of all the other stage players. Which led to them doing something so immoral that it would bring chaos in their relationship. Yup, Kudo was the Fire Lord's bastard son. He inherited, not only some impressive firebending skills, but a huge problem that would probably result to him dying.

It took Kovit six years before his wife found out about this son he has with a commoner. Which resulted to her being so angry to the point she wanted Kudo and Su dead. So immediately, Su fled to the Earth Kingdom before that dastardly wife of the Fire Lord would kill them.

❑▻ Personality: Despite people bullying him for being a firebender in the Earth Kingdom (because the stigma of people from the Fire Nation are bad is still going), Kudo was actually a wonderful person. He was a caring, kind young man that only wanted fun in his life. In the noodle shop where he cooks at, he likes giving people a nice show of him tossing noodles and other ingredients in the air. Not everyone hates him though, he had a handful of friends with him

◦➤ His mother, Su, she always gives him the best wisdom and advice.

◦➤ Meditating, which he learned from his best friend who is an Airbender.

❑▻ Family history: As said earlier, Kudo came from a royal noble firebender and a stage performer earthbender, so that's basically a little summary of his family. Now, why did Fire Lord Kovit result to cheating? Well... He hated his wife. He hated how he felt like he couldn't do anything when she's with him. She didn't make him feel like a free man, at all. So that resulted to him having an affair with someone else and having a son. Surprisingly, both Su and Kovit were great parents to young Kudo. Kovit would usually visit his son at night and sometimes even teach him some moves.

◦➤ Relationship: Very close. She's Kudo's only parent in his life and that basically made them really close to each other. Kudo even itted that he was a proud Mama's boy despite getting picked on about it when he was a kid. She's also the one who tried to teach Kudo earthbending, but then stopped when she learned firebending was more dominant in his blood.

◦➤ History: In her early years, she lived a simple life as a stage performer in her village. But behind the curtains of the stage, performing was not paying her that much so she resulted to well... Offering "performances" to rich men. But when she had Kudo, she stopped immediately, no matter how hard some suitors tried to persuade her. She moved to start cooking for people, it paid a lot too and was less inappropriate. She's also of course, a great earthbender, but she doesn't use it for combat most of the time, she uses hee abilities for art related hobbies instead.

◦➤ Relationship: Quite close. They were only close when he was born until he was six, but then had to cut ties from each other when he moved away, afraid that his wife might find and kill his son in an instant. He's the one who taught him firebending at an early age, but since they had to be separated, Kudo used his father's techniques and managed to learn more advanced firebending.

◦➤ History: He is the current Fire Lord of Kudo's timeline. He's actually a really kind ruler over his subjects and people adored him and wondered why he was married to a monster who became his betrothed wife thanks to an arranged marriage. He's also a skillful firebender, famous for trying to imitate the dragon move by blowing fire from his mouth. That was the first advanced move he taught his illegitimate son, Kudo and surprisingly, his son performed it so well. Unfortunately, he suddenly ed away on a cold winter night. He was found dead in the bathroom by the servants, but oddly enough, his wife was not there.

◦➤ Relationship: Bad, really bad. Seriously, this woman wants her stepson dead, completely eradicate his bloodline. She actually has no idea where he is for years since her husband refused to say any data about him, even before he mysteriously died.

◦➤ Relationship: Neutral. They haven't really met at all, but his mother often told him how terrible this Kudo boy is and how he wanted to steal his place for prince away from him. So... Kasem learned how to hate somebody he didn't know about. He was even trained to kill Kudo if he sees him. Although, his father would often tell him about his half brother, and how he would never hurt anyone. Kasem is torn who to believe, but he knew deep down no matter what his mother says, he believes his half brother is someone he would get along with.

◦➤ Relationship: Very close. They first met at the noodle shop Kudo worked at. Kudo was mesmerized by the man's two metal hands, Wen even showed off the retractable claws that was built in his ts. Every now and then, the two always hung out and mostly Kudo was his lab rat in his new inventions.

◦➤ Relationship: Very close. They started their friendship when one of the flying bison calves wandered off in the forest outside of Ba Sing Se and Kudo had found the poor lost baby. Not really knowing how to fly a flying bison, Kudo simply cheered it up by spoiling it with apples and other fruits. Hell, he even washed its dirty fur too! Eventually, Palden had found the calf when his female flying bison landed on the field. They now hung out together, mostly at the Southern Air Temple, that was where Kudo learned how to meditate.
