Alan was born to a basic family in Gotham in 1999. He went to Gotham High with Batboy. The 2 were friends growing up they lived near each other for all there lives. Alan moved to Washington DC in 2019 to become a bodybulider (The Same time as Alliance Season 2). Alan lived close to a nuclear plant. One day he saw a group of cars ride over to it. They were the Alliance. When the plant exploded, Alan felt a rush of power. Somehow the lights were still on. He touched them and they went out. He used the power to become a hero.

             Alan was a street level hero. Until the Black Gang took over Gotham. He ed forces with Batboy. The two were always fighting each other over Morals. Alan was always more realistic and a Pessimist. He would do whatever it takes to stop a criminal.

      After Alan defeated Black, He ed the Time Corps to preserve time. A shooter at a concert Batboy,Swimspeed and Pengirl were at, asked for Alan. The Shooter killed Joker while Alan was interrogating him. Dark was framed for the murder of Kasey Grooms.
