It was a dark and gloomy night in Gotham. Media Man walked down the street. In front of him was a beautiful skyline. He walked for a little while longer. A blue hole ripped through the space in front of bim. Media ran as hard and fast as he could. The portal seemed to grow closer until Media ran out of breath he collapsed on the hard pavement. He got up and walked to the nearby alley. He pulled out a flip phone and called a number. Marksman jumped down from the roof. The portal sucked them up like soda. The streets were slient for the rest of the night. They arrived in a different Gotham. It looked less advanced. He landed on Earth 1.
Everyone dreaded today. It was the day of Alan's funeral. 234 people stood in a crowded church. Batboy and Sky sat in the front row. Batboy had relied on Alan for most of his life. They were practically brothers. Everyone sat down as the preacher began. Suddenly a banging noise came from the coffin. Media said "It is time.". He walked over to the coffin and shot it. All the heros stood up. Pengirl said "Kind of stupid to kill someone surrounded by superheros!". Dark stood up he was in full uniform already. Media was terrified. He ran away screaming.
Dark immediately got used to being in command again. He ordered an investigation into Media. Dark pulled Brendon aside he said "Listen. Marksman is Hope. He is from Earth 2. He will try to get at you stay on guard!". Brendon asked "How did you survive?". Dark said "To give me my strength back you gave me a regeneration gene!". Dark realized something huge. If Media's goal was to kill him,Why did he get the tech. A beeping came from his suit. It was about to explode!
