Here is what I do at BW when it’s a rainy day!
1) Feed and spot clean Zoma the Gentle Lemur. He gets his pellets in the morning and fruit in the evening. Spot cleaning consisted of picking up poo and damp substrate, replacing water and doing visual health check.

2) Feed and spot clean the Ring Tailed Lemurs. They get 3 bowls of pellets in the morning and fruit in the evening. Spit cleaning consisted of removing damp bedding by the window and around enclosure (water got in), picking up poo, replacing water and doing visual health check.

3) Collect 1.5kg of bamboo for Red Pandas.
4) Feed bush dogs their food. There are 10 and 10 large rats are thrown into their enclosure.

5) Feed Asian Short Clawed Otters. They normally get fish thrown into their pond, but we ran out of fish, so they had small mice as a treat.

6) Feed Binturongs and full clean indoor Otter and Binturong area. There are 2 binturongs called Bibsi and Thor. Full cleans included removing all straw, poo and any food scattered and replacing with clean bedding and food. Otters got their main meal during this time

7) Feed and spot clean Maras and Spider monkeys. This includes picking up poo in the outdoor and indoor area, removing any damp substrate, replacing water and doing a health check

8) Collect delivery of food and substrate and take it to college classroom and food prep.
9) take any rubbish to the skip.
10) Help a keeper with putting door locks on the new otter enclosure.
11) Start afternoon feeds with Zoma.

12) Afternoon feed the Ringtailed Lemurs

13) Afternoon feed the binturongs

14) Afternoon feed the Red Ruffled Lemurs

15) Do one last skip run before leaving!
During this, I had a 20 minute break and a 40 minute lunch. It was a pretty miserable day and must of the animals were inside
