That's the point :-)
So, AnchoR only has to enter Imaginary Time, which is how time flows in your dream, which allows her to go fast, slow, to the past or the future. So, she can just kill a previous, weaker form for Kratos causing him to die from Time Paradox.

If i did argue for Kratos being Infinite-Immeasurable in speed, i would be arguing him above Cosmic Tier. That is why i did not argue for that.
