Title Color Changes!

You guys are like kids in a candy store with this update I’m surprised I was able to make this post today without my head being ripped off :joy:

As you may or may not know, Amino updated the titles to include every single possible color in human existence by means of the hex color code. If you need more clarification, including a visual example, our amazing curator Lilo has a post regarding the feature.

While all new titles can have any color in the world, and we also offered people with old club titles to change to a new title with any color in the world, people have been *begging* for an option to change the colors on their existing titles for aesthetic purposes. You asked, we delivered. Starting today, you guys can get title color changes on all of your titles.

BUT WAIT

Before you start spamming in the comments that you want color changes, read this post because there is a very specific way we are doing this.

Once a month, you guys get one free color change on either one of your titles, some of your titles, or all of your titles. If you have three titles but only want one of them changed, that’s fine. If you have three titles but want two of them changed, that’s fine too. If you want all three of your titles changed, have it your way. Not all of the titles have to be the same color. Each title can be changed to a different color if that’s what you wish (*cough* someone should totally do a rainbow). Make sure to comment on this post.

When commenting, all of your title changes need to be in one comment on this post. Most importantly, the color requested needs to be in hex (#000000) format. If you don’t give us a hex, we aren’t giving you a color change. We’re not doing this to be cruel or lazy, we just don’t want to be told “yellow” and then have complaints that you didn’t like the shade of yellow that we chose for you.

You guys might be thinking: Only once a month???? Seriously???? But before you take out your pitchforks and torches, heed to what was just said. You guys get one FREE color change per month, but, if you want a color change either every day or every week, there’s a cost.

To get more than one color change in a month, you guys will have to write a story (minimum 300 words) or a poem (minimum 10 lines) and post the link in a comment with your requests. Art, photography, and editing posts are allowed, but there needs to be 300 words of text accompanying the work. We are doing this to encourage more activity on the Amino.

Lastly, we understand that some of you guys have been begging for a way to change the titles and what they say, but unfortunately, we’re not giving people the option to change the wording of a title. We are offering the ability to change colors because we understand a lot of you are aesthetic enthusiasts and we want you guys to have title colors that represent your aesthetic. However, the point of getting a custom title is choosing your words very carefully. If you guys don’t end up liking a title, you are welcome to earn new titles to replace the old ones via contests and challenges or via the currency system (gems are extremely easy to get).
