PROS and CONS: Running vs. Trailer

Hey #StarFam! Emma here from Info Icelandics telling you guys about the pros and cons on taking the trailer and running. So without further a do let's get into it!

Trailer:

For a fee, you and your horse can be transported by a horse trailer to different villages and places all around Jorvik. You must have visited the destination once before to be able to go there. You can only be transported to the different places in a certain area. That means that you can't be transported from Silverglade to The Harvest Counties or the Goldenhills Valley. It costs 25 JS or 2 SC to be transported by a horse trailer.

PROS:

1. The first pro for the trailer is, if you have to be somewhere really fast and if you have a really slow horse. You can use the trailer instead of being late to your destination.

2. The trailer is at every stable so it is very convenient to use.

3. Lastly, if your lazy and you want to go to Valedale but your at GHV you can just use the trailer to save minutes from running instead.

CONS:

1. Unfortunately, a con to our beloved trailer is, if you use the trailer too much you'll start to run out of Shillings or Star Coins. Becuase if you think about it we all probably use the trailer a lot, and sooner or later you or some people will start to run out of their shillings or coins.

2. Sometimes the trailer accidently sends you to the wrong place. For example, if you are in Firgrove and you need to go to Fort, but the trailer accidently sends you to Moorland. I know this is really rare to happen, but this has happened to me a couple of times.

3. The third con is that if you are in Valedale Lake and if you want to go to Jarl or New Hill the system won't allow you to go because both areas are in two different 'islands'. So if your in Jarl and you want to go to New Hill the system will alow you to go. But, if you are in Jarl and you want to go to Steve the setup will NOT allow you to since both of the locations are not on the same 'island'/region.

Running/Galloping:

Running/Galloping helps you to travel and explore SSO faster. To gallop press the top arrow key or the W key.

Click one of these keys at least 5-6 times and by the 6th time you will be galloping fast.

PROS:

1. Instead of taking the trailer you can run with your horse to your destination and discover sso's beautiful scenery.

2. You can also save money while running. If you want to buy a horse, new clothes, etc. you can use that money that you saved for to buy your new things instead of spending it on the trailer.

3. Sometimes it’s more of a hassle to take the trailer, because Silverglade and Jarlaheim have 2 different systems.

CONS:

Slow Horse: Running takes a lot of time. What I mean by that is, if you have to go to the GHV champ, plus your at Steve at the moment, and unfortunately you don't have any money to take the trailer. Sadly, you have to run all the way from Steve to GHV, and that takes a VERY long time. And most likely you probably will not make the championship on time.
