Hey Dr. Yoshi

I noticed that Mirri, my betta, has symptoms of fin rot. He lives all alone. His water is clean, the only problem is the water is cold and we can’t afford a heater. Mirri’s camera shy so I couldn’t get a good photo of him. How can I treat his fin rot?
